Experience has shown that clients who go to sober living after inpatient treatment have a greater chance of maintaining long-term sobriety and recovery. Research reveals that stress is the primary factor behind relapse. At Harmony Heals Sober Living residents experience a Safe, Harmonious environment which is Supportive of their Recovery, allowing them to gather additional coping tools as they transition back into the real world. Harmony Sober Living is based on the philosophy in order to Heal the Mind one must also Heal the Body and Spirit. While allowing clients to Explore their world both internally and externally, they begin to understand the choices that they must make on a daily basis, to live a Healthier Life. Clients while in the home will be encouraged to attend Support Groups or 12 Step Meetings, Therapy, and Outpatient Treatment. For those who have already experienced this level of care and just want a Safe place to live in their early Recovery, that is also an option. |

We are very selective about who we invite to join us at Harmony Heals Sober Living. Therefore we conduct an interview and assessment prior to accepting any guests in to our home. Once we have evaluated that we can provide the right level of care and that you are an appropriate candidate for our home, then we can move forward. We do that so that our guests may truly benefit from other individuals who are Serious about Recovery. Other guests and staff are not merely sharing the same space with you, they form a significant part of your recovery support system. Recovery begins at Home |
